By creating an account, browsing listings, or contacting agents through BaasMandu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the platform.

These terms apply to everyone who uses BaasMandu — renters, property owners, agents, and visitors alike.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BaasMandu. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, so keep your password secure and don't share login credentials with anyone.

As a renter, you may browse listings, save favorites, and send inquiries to property owners or agents. You must provide accurate contact information so agents and owners can respond to your inquiries.

Please don't submit fake inquiries, spam multiple agents with irrelevant messages, or use the platform to harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the inquiry system.

Listings you post must describe real properties that are genuinely available for rent at the time of posting. All details — price, location, photos, amenities — must be accurate and not misleading.

Fake listings, bait-and-switch pricing, outdated photos, or properties that are no longer available are not allowed. BaasMandu reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules and to suspend accounts of repeat offenders.

BaasMandu is a platform that connects renters with property owners and agents. We are not a real estate agency, landlord, or property manager, and we are not a party to any rental agreement made between users.

While we review listings for obvious issues, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every detail posted by owners or agents. It's always the renter's responsibility to verify property details, inspect the property in person, and negotiate terms directly with the owner or agent before signing any agreement.

You may not use BaasMandu to scrape listings, harvest user data, send spam, impersonate another person, post illegal content, or harass other users. You also may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform without our written permission.

Any attempt to manipulate search rankings, fake inquiries, or artificially inflate listing views is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

The BaasMandu name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or copy our platform design without prior written consent.

Listing content — including photos and descriptions — uploaded by users remains their property. However, by posting content on BaasMandu, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in our marketing materials.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, post fake listings, harass other users, or engage in any activity that harms the platform or its community.

You may also delete your own account at any time from your Settings page. When you delete your account, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BaasMandu is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do our best to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every listing is 100% accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, BaasMandu is not liable for any rental disputes, property damage, financial losses, or other issues that arise from your use of the platform or from interactions with other users. Always do your own due diligence before entering into a rental agreement.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as our platform evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of BaasMandu after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and delete your account.

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BaasMandu will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu.
