How do I find a rental in Kathmandu?
Browse listings on BaasMandu, filter by area, price, and property type. Message an agent or owner directly through the platform — no need for WhatsApp upfront.
I'm an agent. How do I list properties on BaasMandu?
Sign up as an agent, complete your profile, and use the Add Listing button in your dashboard. Listings are reviewed and go live within 24 hours.
How do I contact a property owner or agent?
On any listing page, tap the Message button to start a conversation directly in the app. You can also tap the WhatsApp button if the agent has enabled it.
Is BaasMandu free to use for renters?
Yes. Browsing listings, messaging agents, and saving favorites are completely free for renters.
What areas does BaasMandu cover?
BaasMandu currently covers the Kathmandu Valley including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, and surrounding areas.
How long does it take to get a response from support?
We typically respond within 2 hours on WhatsApp during office hours (Sun–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM NST).
